This retention schedule tells you how long we keep collected personal information and how we dispose of it.

Information will be retained for a period of 5 years from the date of the last action taken after which it will be deleted.

2. Usage data.

Information will be retained for a period of 1 year after which it will be deleted.

3. Information relating to compliments and complaints.

Information will be retained for a period of 1 year before being moved to an archive.

4. Your information, your choice.
